Ursh is the proud owner of New Zealand's longest-running women's-only fitness club, she has transformed the lives of over 12,000 women in the past 20 years.Seven years ago, Ursh expanded her impact by becoming a mindset coach, formally assisting women who struggle with overwhelm, anxiety, and burnout. Her mission is to help these women overcome challenges and live their best lives.Ursh has been through her own profound healing journey. At 28, she faced a breakdown, struggling with anxiety, depression, panic attacks, and agoraphobia. She later battled chronic fatigue and burnout, and in the last four years, she has navigated a chronic illness.
