Artspace Mackay is a regional art gallery owned and operated by Mackay Regional Council, providing residents and visitors to Mackay with an inspiring and entertaining program of art exhibitions, activities and special events.The purpose-built, contemporary art gallery designed by award-winning architects Cox Rayner, is conveniently located within Mackay Regional Council’s Cultural Precinct, housing three impressive exhibition spaces, a workshop room, reading pod, gallery shop and cafe. Exhibitions by significant international, Australian and local artists are complemented by innovative public programs for all ages.
