Hello! My name is Beth Hewitt and I am your host for this Artful Journal Making Event. I am a graduate from the Savannah College of Art and Design where I studied textiles and art history. As my professional career has evolved and I now work as a full time project manager and there has been less opportunity to practice my creativity and artistic skills. My intention for this workshop is to bring together folks who are looking to take some time to learn new craft skills or simply practice their existing skills in like minded community. I am looking forward to sharing this workshop.I live along the White River in Lyons, WI with my husband and two sons. Here I enjoy spending as much time in nature as possible, gardening, and cooking. Amongst my other favorite activities are yoga, walking, and weight lifting.
