The Asian American Association at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign was founded in 1986 as a small support group for a network of Asian-American students on campus. Since then, AAA ("triple A") has evolved into one of the largest pan-Asian organizations in the Midwest. In the 2023-2024 school year, the Asian American Association seeks to foster meaningful relationships by organizing initiatives that facilitate connections amongst the Asian American community. We further aim to serve as a bridge between diverse organizations on campus to promote intercultural connection.
