Asian Enough (AE) is a cultural organization in Beacon, NY, dedicated to fostering meaningful connections among the Asian diaspora. We provide a welcoming space for those who may have felt disconnected from their Asian heritage whether multicultural, adopted or just feel like they were outsiders looking in. Using food as a bridge, we cultivate community through cooking classes, food history, potlucks, lectures and other programming. Our mission is to deepen connections and celebrate Asian identity through inclusive, community-based workshops and educational opportunities centered around the power of food.
