Falen's transformative journey began with a life-altering near-death experience that served as a catalyst for her self-discovery and healing path. Her initial step was to prioritize the restoration of her gut health. She then pursued a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner course, successfully restoring her physical well-being.Following this, Falen turned her attention to healing her emotional trauma and liberating herself from the grip of addiction. She sought guidance and knowledge through an ReTurn to YourSelf Intensive Program at Gaia Wellness Retreats, which ignited her passion for holistic healing modalities. This experience exposed her to various therapies, including Sound and Reiki, which deeply intrigued her. Subsequently, Falen obtained certifications in Reiki and Sound Healing, but her quest for knowledge didn't end there.Her journey led her to Nepal, where she earned a 500-hour Yoga Teacher Training certification under Guru Kriti Karki and an advanced Sound Healing certificate from Swami Chaitanya Krishna. Returning home, she dedicated herself to using these newfound skills, offering services like Vibrational Sound Bowl massages, and diligently working to reach individuals in her community who sought greater life balance.Falen's background in community and justice services has further enriched her ability to guide others on their healing journeys. She has accumulated a wealth of tools and knowledge from both her formal education and personal life experiences.
