I teach Hatha, Yoga Therapy, Aroma Stretch, Back Care Yoga, Yin Yoga, Aerial Yoga, Sound Therapy and Meditation. Yoga helps not only my physical condition, it helps to create a clear mind, a cheerful and positive attitude.
