I'm Yuko, a yoga instructor from Japan, currently based in Glasgow and a mother of two.With the time constraints of having young children, I focus on making my own yoga practice efficient by incorporating movement-based workouts, deep stretching, and relaxation to improve blood flow and lymphatic drainage, boost immunity, and maintain a healthy body. Additionally, I tailor sequences to meet the individual needs of each student.In Japan, it's common to focus on stimulating the lymphatic system and pressure points for overall health, so I also aim to share Japanese health practices with everyone.
