They help individuals navigate websites, fill out online forms, and connect with valuable resources.Internet Safety and Security: Digital Navigators educate individuals about internet safety practices, including how to protect personal information, recognize online scams, and stay safe while browsing the web.Navigating Government Services: Digital Navigators help individuals access and navigate government services and online portals. They assist with tasks such as applying for benefits, paying bills online, and accessing important documents and information.Support for Special Populations: Digital Navigators provide targeted support for special populations, including seniors, low-income families, immigrants, and individuals with disabilities.
