Our mission extends beyond the local scene, as we provide vital support to Latin American musicians and artists in Boston and those living in Latin America. We focus on preserving and promoting Latin American classical and traditional Mexican music, particularly Son Jarocho. These musical traditions, deeply rooted in post-colonization history, hold profound cultural significance. By intertwining these two influential genres, we aim to create a welcoming atmosphere that nurtures a sense of safety and belonging, while also offering educational enrichment for families and the broader community
