Founder of FOOD FOR HEART THERAPY, Michelle Ahmed is a trauma psychotherapist, artist, singer, and yogi who has dedicated her life to social justice and holistic wellness. Michelle’s natural empathy and spiritual connection to others, nature, ancestral healing, and creativity led her to the practice of Yoga. Michelle discovered that Yoga empowered her own healing journey and ignited a passion to share this healing journey with others. She completed her 200 RYT at URENERGY Yoga School in Miami, FL. Michelle’s style of yoga balances strength, alignment, and relaxation. She believes that Yoga fosters a life long connection between the mind, body, and heart that allows us to transcend traumatic pasts.
