Noir is a certified RYT 200 yoga instructor and wellness coach, born and raised in New York.She creates inclusive, beginner-friendly yoga experiences for students ages 6 and up, both online and in person.Her teaching is rooted in the belief that being present is the true foundation of wellness and happiness.
