She teaches Zumba, Line Dancing, Boot Camp and Mat Pilates in gyms across the San Francisco Bay Area (California). Carah previously served as the Group Exercise Coordinator at UC Berkeley’s Recreational Sports Facility for nearly 5 years, coordinating over 100 fitness classes a week for the campus. She also previously danced with the Chocolate Platinum Soul Line Dancers in Oakland, Calif. Her love of fitness stems from her extensive dance background, which includes years of classical ballet, modern, tap, African and jazz dance training.
