Welcome to Bliss Yoga’s Eventbrite homepage!Here you can find affordable or free yoga classes taught indoor and outdoor locally in Whittier, La Habra, Fullerton, and neighboring areas. Classes includebreathwork(pranayama),alignment(asana),meditation, andrelaxation(svasana) of the muscles, mind, and spirit. All classes are taught by Yogi Liss, a Kinesiology and Nutrition Major with an Associate’s Degree in both sciences, and a 200-HR YTT Certificate from Fullerton College.
