Burncoat Center for Arts and Wellness offers a collection of classes, programs, workshops, and once a month market days to draw the community together for arts, crafts, and mindfulness.The act of being creative can help decrease everyday stress and anxieties. Participating in the arts can also help with depression and increase positive emotions, and daily wellbeing. The added bonus?  If you create, or participate in a group yoga or meditation class, you will form supportive relationships and friendships in your community.Join us in one of our many classes at our new center!
