Hi, I'm LindaI am an experienced Forest Bathing+ Guide certified by The Forest Bathing Institute – the leading UK body for research and training, Royal Parks license holder with permission to operate in Richmond Park and insured practitioner with ITC Level 3 Award in Outdoor First Aid.I developed nature connection during my early childhood by spending most of my spare time on a farm in the wilderness of Eastern Latvia, known as the 'Land of Blue Lakes.' This region is adorned with 1200 wild lakes, the majority of which are secluded and surrounded by forests. I still remember the sensations of running barefoot through wildflower meadows, amidst butterflies, observing the clouds transforming shapes in the vast blue sky, playing hide-and-seek in the forest with my sister, foraging for berries, flowers, herbs, and mushrooms with my grandmother, and embracing my inner mermaid by swimming in the wild lakes and ponds.I have been a Londoner for over a decade who somehow keeps finding herself continuously seeking out green spaces in the city and craving that 'vitamin nature' on regular basis. In 2020, in a midst of the pandemic, I moved to Richmond and my daily walks in Richmond park became my source of inner calm, reconnection and inspiration. I soon began to notice the positive impact of spending time in nature on my health and wellbeing. I decided to seek out opportunities of inspiring others to reconnect with nature as I was convinced the shift I had experienced is accessible to all of us.The ultimate mission is to create a safe space where each participant can begin to reconnect more deeply to nature, themselves and others. By reconnecting to nature and learning simple yet effective mindfulness techniques we can begin to rewild from within and become the change we want to see in the world. Please feel free to connect via Instagram@lemon.rise
