A soulful approach to an ancient practice.Bloom Yoga is located in the East Bay, in the charming Estudillo Estates neighborhood of San Leandro. We are a woman-owned studio committed to providing a safe, beautiful, and welcoming space for all bodies to grow and connect. We offer a variety of classes to support all aspects of your physical and emotional wellbeing. Free parking is easy and plentiful on our main and side streets. We value and nurture community connection because we know how important strong social ties are for mental health. In a hyper-busy, technology-dominant, and at times hectic world —we want to be your soft landing.Rooted in the mindful and grounding principles of yoga, we have been very intentional about building a space that fosters strength, growth, and restoration. Bathed with lots of natural light, our studio is thoughtfully and intentionally designed to be calming, warm, and restorative. Heavily inspired by minimalist Scandinavian and Japanese design, we have incorporated natural & organic elements like linen, wood, rattan, stone, leather, jute, clay, and limestone to highlight our connection with nature. There is always a gorgeous and ever-changing flower arrangement at the front desk to welcome you. Our studio walls are painted with Color Atelier’s all-natural limewash paint (made from crushed limestone) - a breathable, eco-friendly, non-toxic, bacteria & mold-resistant alternative to VOC latex paint. We only use natural essential oils and Castile soap to clean the studio and disinfect our props. We invite you to come take a class and experience both our beautiful surroundings and welcoming community energy.Bloom is also available for private rentals.
