As a therapist I try to provide a safe place for my clients to attend where they can feel supported and comfortable. I believe in the importance of openness, honesty, and sincerity, as I feel that it helps to build a strong therapeutic relationship. I use a collaborative approach that incorporates the strengths, skills, and interests of my clients into their treatment. I believe by being flexible and integrating multiple therapeutic modalities, I can best support my clients. My ultimate goal is that my clients will leave therapy feeling a new sense of empowerment in their ability to cope with all of life’s challenges.I have found my passion is working with women during the perinatal period. The journey to parenthood can be challenging and I think a strong support system can make a huge difference. Additionally, I am an EMDR trained clinician, which provides me with the tools to support those looking to put their past behind
