We are sisters organisation, led by volunteers for the community from the community. We have been organising, running professional fitness sessions for our sisters since 2006. We are based in Harrow, London but can now reach the world via ZOOM! Register for our weekly (term time) sessions which cater for sisters who want to look after themselves and their families. We want our sisters to BLOSSOM into champions for themselves, their families and the community. Join our TEAM, join our MEMBERSHIP. All our sessions are run by professoinal Instructors with years of experience, and the latest techniques, styles of teaching.We offer you HIT, Zumba, Yoga, Pilates, Basketball, Swimming, Swimming Lessons, Mother & Toddler Swim sessions, Badminton, Walks, Treks and more...We are teamed up with many organisation in the area, come and join us, bring your friends.
