As a yoga teacher, personal trainer, and artist, I use movement and creativity to guide people toward feeling good in their bodies, helping them unlock their potential not just physically, but mentally and emotionally as well.My work is rooted in a philosophy that when we feel strong, centered, and at peace within ourselves, we are better equipped to show up as our best selves in all areas of life.I host Women's Retreats to create a supportive community where women can empower one another to connect, move, learn, and have fun. These retreats are designed to nurture our own well-being, so we can show up with greater energy, compassion, and purpose—both in our work and in our relationships.
