Audreys Books is a beautiful 50-year-old bookstore in the downtown heart of Amiskwaciwâskahikan (ᐊᒥᐢᑲᐧᒋᐋᐧᐢᑲᐦᐃᑲᐣ ). We host book launches, author signings, poetry readings and a variety of community events.Audreys is housed in a heritage building on Jasper Avenue. It is easy to get lost in our stacks among the antique wood shelves in the cozy brick-walled store. Our booksellers are happy to help you find the perfect read, or to order it in for you if we don't have it in stock.We facilitate around 70 events a year including book launches, literary festivals, and conferences.Come by for a browse to find the latest bestseller or an unexpected backlist wonder. If downtown is not your jam - or too much of a traffic jam - you'll find plenty to browse on our website, and we deliver or mail out all over Canada.
