I'm a qualified nutritional therapist, and a member of the NTOI, specialising in female hormonal health, thyroid and digestive health and fermentation. With a family of 3 rowdy boys to feed, I'm also interested in easy, healthy eating for families. I currently run online workshops on fermentation, including sauerkraut, kimchi, vegetable ferments kefir and kombucha.
