Ash discovered breathwork when she needed it the most a few years ago after a difficult early life and series of traumatic events. Having experienced severe anxiety, depression and nervous system dysregulation firsthand, breathwork transformed Ash’s life and has been a catalyst in her journey.“Everything that we seek externally; the answers, the medicine, the peace, the wholeness, it already exists within us.
