Hi, My name is Sabine!Sabine is a passionate certified Personal Transformation Coach | Somatic & Clarity Breathwork Coach, Yoga Instructor and Wellpreneur.Sabine was born in Vienna, Austria. For over twenty years she was living in seven countries, working in various global management positions in the busy corporate hotel & online travel industry. Along this path, she realized she was not connected to her true self, living an 'auto-pilot' life, rather than the life and freedom she desired. However after another corporate business restructure and health issues, she started to question everything and embarked on a transformational journey to learn about herself and reconnect with her true nature.She finally 'woke up', realizing that this life corporate life she created was no longer serving her and walked out of a meeting and never returned into an office.Breathwork found her in Amsterdam in 2015 amidst her life's darkest hours going through health and personal challenges.She then left The Netherlands in 2017 to travel and to reset body, mind and spirit. She trained with the founders of Clarity Breathwork ™, Dana and Ashanna, (accredited Breathwork school by the GPBA, Global Professional Breathwork Alliance).She learned how to heal herself with Breathwork and plant medicine. She learned how to change limiting beliefs and mindset, let go of the past to find acceptance, inner peace and contentment.With her unique Breathwork coaching program 'New Life Direction' and her individual approach to healing, she guides her clients through 'life's road bumps', helping people with a simple path to wellness & healing as part of their personal development.In 2017 she arrived on the East Coast of Mexico and now lives in Playa del Carmen & Tulum.
