My name is Natalie Courtney. Kundalini yoga, Breath work, Chanting and Sound Teacher.Natalie is a Transformative Wellness Practitioner. She integrates breath-work, meditation, kundalini yoga and sound healing into her classes and private sessions. Natalie aims to support clients in achieving holistic wellness, transforming their lives on emotional, mental, physical and spiritual levels.Natalie is an E-RYT 500 Hatha teacher, Kundalini teacher and a Certified Sound Practitioner. She is also a continuing education provider with Yoga Alliance.Her spiritual name is Upma Kaur.
