Welcome! My name is Priya and i am a certified Trauma-Informed Breathwork Facilitator, accredited by IPHM (International Practitioners of Holistic Medicine). Drawn to holistic practices, I have been practicing meditation, yoga, and breathwork, which have guided me through my own healing journey. This passion drives me to share these transformative experiences with others.In addition to my breathwork certification, I hold a certificate in Sound Healing and incorporate crystal sound bowls into my sessions. My primary focus is to bring the practice of Transformational Breathwork and emphasizing the importance of breath awareness and its multitude of benefits.Coming from a musical background, I understand the vital role of sound and music in healing, which deeply influences my work. My goal is to promote breath awareness and offer the profound benefits of breathwork in my classes.
