My mission through Embolden Now Coaching is to support you throughout your entire Breathwork journey. I offer in person and online breathwork classes, coaching, and downloadable shorter practices all created to support you.Breathwork is self-care for your whole self. It is a practice that supports you mentally, physically, emotionally, and spiritually. By showing up to this practice and going all in on your experience you are sending yourself a powerful message of self-love.The Breathwork technique that I teach in my class is conscious connected breathing. The purpose of this breathwork technique is for you to release emotions and then return to a place of peace and clam.Here's the thing...we all have stuff that we're hanging onto. Our emotions, thoughts, and past experiences are all stored in our body. By laying on the floor and breathing you can let go of your "stuff" without consciously identifying what you're releasing. You don't need to use words to identify what you're letting go of. That's the beauty of this practice! Breathwork is a transformative tool that can support you in releasing all that is no longer serving you.I am a mom, wife, teacher, and Transformational Breathwork Coach currently living in Bend, Oregon. I love all things involving personal development and spirituality. I've been engaging in my own personal development for over 20 years! Engaging with my own spiritual practices truly lights me up. Four years ago I uncovered my own superpowers by working with a coach. It was that profound experience that inspired me to become a coach myself. I'm committed to continuing on this path of learning, growing, and evolving while inspiring those around me to do the same. I love spending time with my family, exploring in the outdoors, knitting, reading, and exercising. I'm a lefty, a Leo, and my favorite number is 8!
