Odiyana Center is a non-profit Buddhist meditation center whose aim is to introduce meditation and practical Buddhist teachings in order to help others solve their daily problems and cultivate inner peace. Odiyana offers teachings in Connecticut for all levels of interest; from basic relaxation to training in the stages of the Path to Enlightenment.  You do not have to be Buddhist to benefit from the teachings and meditation classes. In addition to drop in classes, in-depth study programs, retreats and workshops, we also have a bookstore with Buddhist texts and CDs, as well as a gift shop.  Everyone is welcome!
