In 2020 he convened Band of Leaders Australia. Previously he chaired a group of Perth CEOs for 13 years and he has other executive coaching clients. He has conducted more than 2000 executive coaching 1to1 sessions and chaired 180 full-day meetings, as well as facilitating many in-house strategy and change workshops.
