Located in the Alajuela Province, “The Retreat Costa Rica - Wellness Resort and Spa,” is a 5 star resort designed to help you find balance and relaxation. We're incorporating mindfulness in informal ways so that you leave the retreat with tangible skills you can use in your daily life.

During the retreat, you'll have the ability to participate in a variety of wellness activities including yoga sessions, guided mindfulness, rainforest hikes, hot springs, and rejuvenating spa treatments.
