I’ve been working as a baker and pastry chef for almost 10 years. I studied pastry in Italy at ALMA, the International School of Italian Cuisine.I started my own home bakery, Pastel, in 2016 and have taught a few different workshops on topics ranging from pie making, to chocolate and jams. Since 2024 my focus has been making custom cakes for special occasions, and now I want to merge those two things together, and teach what I have learned.I love sharing my knowledge, and that's the goal with these workshops.
