The Arizon Network (TAN) is a body of young African professionals, business owners and job seekers in Manchester that empowers its members and allies to be successful in their careers, businesses, and the community at large. The four areas of transformation we seek to achieve in the lives of our members are:1. Meaningful relationships: Forging lasting connections with like-minded individuals via our networking and social events. From industry-specific meetups to casual get-togethers, we provide a platform for young African professionals to network, collaborate, and unwind in a supportive environment.2. Successful businesses: Setting businesses up for sustainable success in the shortest time possible; eliminating the trial and error that most startups face.3. Career growth: Upskilling career professionals, providing mentors, career coaches and sponsors for accelerated career growth.4.
