As a provider of independent collective advocacy we are a member of the Scottish Independent Advocacy Alliance.Who do we do this with?As an independent charity we provide collective advocacy for people with lived and living experiences of mental health issues and illness (HUG Action for Mental Health) and learning disability (People First Highland).Why do we do this?We believe that by sharing our experiences with people who make decisions that affect our daily lives, we can find better solutions together to the issues we face.Who can join?Membership of our organisation is open to anyone who shares our belief in the power and value of sharing lived and living experiences.We welcome people who reside, work or volunteer in the Highland region, regardless of their culture, class or background.
