I work as a Coach and Facilitator, helping individuals to be confident, self-aware and effective at work and I create relaxed and enjoyable spaces for groups or teams to work together.Having worked in the Sustainability sector for years, I understand how it can feel when you see the limited progress you are making in the face of the climate and ecological emergency.In this new group 'Co-operate' I want to provide a space where women with a variety of challenges, who are working aware of the cloud of climate catastrophe hanging over us, can come together, share hopes, dreams, support, encouragement and learning and feel better equipped to go back to work re-energised.
