I have been a community organizer and spiritual seeker and teacher most of my adult life.I began as a preacher in my late teens. Later I was influenced by Course in Miracles and the work of Jerry Jampolsky and the Center for Attitudinal Healing. During this time I also explored the teachings and practices of the indigenous people near me.Since moving to San Diego in the late 90’s I have been active in what we refer to as “The Community”, organizing, producing and teaching. I have served on the Whole Being Weekend board of directors and for many years was active in organizing monthly tantra pujas. For over a decade I have organized an annual community retreat at the Guadalupe canyon hot springs in northern Mexico. I studied Non Violent Communication with Marshall Rosenberg, ZEGG forum and am a certified Tantric counselor. Since retiring from public school teaching I have devoted much of my time as a board member for Cuddle Party, INC and teaching facilitation skills and certifying new Certified Cuddle Party Facilitators/For the past few years I have spent extensive time travelling in Europe visiting teachers and communities; including ZEGG in Germany, Tamera in Portugal, Angsbacka in Sweden, The Farm in Berlin and the Bliss festival in Ireland.I am the 92nd officially certified Cuddle Party facilitator, serve on the Cuddle Party board of directors and participate in training new Cuddle Party facilitators. I also offer private cuddle sessions and tantric counseling.
