Jim Padilla serves as the Dean of the School of Business & Economics at Carthage College. He has over 19years of experience teaching sport management and law courses at the undergraduate and graduate levels. He has also worked in the sport and entertainment industry for a combined 23 years.Carter Rockhill is the Director of the Masters in Business Design & Innovation and Sport Management graduate programs. He has a doctorate from The Ohio State University and has worked in minor league baseball. He has created all of the sport management offerings at Carthage College.
