Hi, I’m Karanpreet! I’ve been practicing Breathwork (Pranayama), Yoga and Meditation for over 13 years, and this transformative journey has been life-changing for me. Over the past 7 years, I’ve had the privilege of teaching breathwork and meditation workshops to diverse groups, from curious kids to busy professionals, guiding them toward inner calm and clarity.Originally from India, I moved to Canada in 2018 to pursue a Master’s in Engineering at the University of British Columbia. Today, I work as an Assistant Project Engineer at Metro Vancouver, where I balance my technical expertise with a passion for holistic well-being.Breathwork and Meditation has been at the heart of my personal transformation, helping me cultivate calmness, improve focus, and manage stress. This profound impact inspires me to volunteer my time teaching these techniques, sharing tools that empower others to lead more balanced and joyful lives.Beyond my professional role, I support wellness initiatives for medical professionals across British Columbia and coordinate research projects on meditation and breathwork. My goal is to create stress-free, vibrant communities that thrive in both work and life.I look forward to sharing this enriching experience with you in our upcoming workshop!
