My name is Helena Hentz and I am the founder of Dreambirth, a company that provides childbirth education for couples and mothers, doula services, hypnobirthing, baby massage, labour support, mother blessings, placenta encapsulation services, birth art therapy and more. I love being a mum and I am passionate about helping other women have positive birth experiences.Through supporting women through their pregnancies and births I have discovered the power of our wombs, the connection of our cycles to nature, the perfection of women’s bodies, the transitions we go through as women, the mother-daughter wisdom, the magic we create through sharing in circles and so much more.I can clearly see the connection between our experiences as women and with our mothers, and how this connection affects our future relationships, pregnancies, births, sexuality, parenting and lives. I want our girls to grow up with the sense of confidence, self love and freedom of expression – beautifully connected to their souls and their changing bodies. I want them to explore what it means to be a woman in a gentle and loving way.As my daughter Luna was approaching puberty, I started to look deeper into how I could guide her through transition into womanhood in the most compassionate and positive way, and also utilise the experience to strengthen the bond between us. In 2020 I trained with Jane Bennett and became a facilitator of Celebration Day for Girls (CDG).I’m very pleased to be offering CDG in Perth and in my community, teen circles, other mother-daughter events and retreats.
