Gurcharan Khanpur Bhujhangy started his musical interest from his dear beloved father Dalbir Khanpur with his family band Bhujhangy Group UK, from Smethwick“I started watching the whole band practising in his front room from a very early age.The first instrument I started to played and perform is the congos and bongos and perform at School,Temples ,weddings, and private communty events.I also played Live recording part of albums within a band ..I stated to play Dholki and Drums with the band afterwardsMy brother Herjinder Khanpur and I organised the first Tribute Concert for our Dear Father Dalbir Bhujhangy in Birmingham and also organised football tournaments for various charities British Heart Foundation. Children with cancer and many more communty events.I've also been performing with our family band Bhangra Smash Up been performing at music festivals around the country and also we had chance to perform in Belfast and we also released albums and singles and vidios with our own recording company Bhangra Smash Up RecordsIt's honourable pleasure, to work with our dear brother Nash to organise this amazing Charity Fundraiser event for Sanjhi Sewa and the British Heart FoundationGod Bless everyone”
