ABOUT THE CHEFChef B has loved cooking for as long as he can remember. Growing up, his father helped him develop an appreciation for fine dining. On one special occasion when he was just nine years old, the two traveled from Flint, Michigan to Las Vegas to witness the incredible Muhammad Ali and Larry Holmes fight. While that event was special, it was the restaurant where they dined afterward that he remembers the most.Born and raised in Flint, he graduated from Flint Central High School, then enrolled at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas where he graduated with a double major in Communication and English Literature. Both charismatic and ambitious, he was successful in the finance and entertainment industries before he decided to pursue a culinary career.In 2009 he enrolled at Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts and later graduated with honors, ranking third in his class. His culinary career took off immediately. He recently competed on the popular Food Network TV series, Cooks Vs.Cons.’ His Crab Cake Benedict Won the show and he went home ten thousand dollars richer.Chef B has worked in some of the finest kitchens in Las Vegas. Before executing events for his own business, he served as a Chef at the Wynn Las Vegas & Encore Resort.
