I feel like I've been in the world and career of healing practically all my life, starting with intuitive healing and massage when I was young then training in Neuro Linguistic Programming, Timeline Therapy, Hypnosis, NLP Coaching, Tantric-Tao Bodywork and Shamanic Energy Healing. It was working and holding space in sacred ceremonies that honed my skills in space holding, healing singing and playing instruments and sound tool. Now I regularly run my own retreats in various venues and offer healing sessions from my flat in Bristol. I have a keen interest in Shaolin Kung Fu and have been working with the practice for 15 + years and am now a qualified Chi Kung instructor.
