I would like to introduce myself and welcome you to Visage Medical. Visage Medical is the sister practice to our prestigious dental practice Visage Dental. We have two dental locations one in Harpenden and one in St Albans. (www.visagedental.com)I have been in dentistry for over 25 years. I started my dental career as a dental nurse and in 2000 I qualified as a dental hygienist. During those years I have gained a lot of experience and knowledge working alongside other experts, running my own dental hygiene consultancy dental compliance business.‍I founded Visage Dental Harpenden in 2016 & in 2019. I took over an existing specialist Dental practice in St Albans to ensure that we could offer all aspects of dental care for our patients.‍I decided to expand into offering private medical GP services, as I recognised the synergy between oral health and overall wellness. The experience gained in the dental field has provided a strong foundation in patient care, clinical management, and community engagement, which seamlessly translates into a general medical practice. This provides holistic healthcare, acknowledging that dental health often reflects and impacts broader medical conditions. By integrating these services, we can offer a more comprehensive approach to patient well-being, addressing both preventive and therapeutic needs under one roof.
