JHS SENB is an organization dedicated to assisting marginalized individuals across the regions to work with individuals to remove their barrier and achieve their core needs within the community. Comprised of a skilled team of case managers, community navigators, and support staff, JHS SENB possesses a deep understanding of community navigation and access to appropriate resources and services.With a strong foundation of community trust and leadership, JHS SENB has been recognized for its impactful initiatives, including the Mark Avenue Shelter and the New Bridge to Home Hub, which houses the newest Out of the Cold Shelter. Monarch Landing and the Bridge to Home Hub exemplifies the organization's commitment to creating safe and valued spaces for those experiencing homelessness or in need of support.In recent months, JHS SENB has undergone a rebranding effort while maintaining a person-centered approach to its services, fostering stability and a culture of care. The organization is dedicated to upholding its responsibility and accountability to the community and the individuals it serves, evident in every program and project delivery.Emphasizing empathetic communication, adaptive decision-making, collaborative problem-solving, resilience, and support, as well as vision and inspiration, JHS SENB's operational framework addresses the complexities and consequences faced by individuals dealing with barriers to employment, education, homelessness, and general well-being.Under its new motto, "Elevate People, Empower Change, Enrich Community," JHS SENB encapsulates its commitment to uplifting individuals, fostering positive transformations, and enhancing the fabric of the communities it serves.
