The Knox County Community Learning Kitchen is sponsored by the Knox County Public Library and Friends of the Knox County Public Library. We were created to improve the cullinary literacy of the community and connect them to fresh local food sources. We accomplish this mission through live demonstrations, and hands on cooking and nutrition education events throughout the year that engage and motivate community members to prioritize their health and increase their quality of life.
