Adam Robbins has been a secondary science teacher for over 19 years. He has held a number of leadership post including Head of Science and been a member of the SLT in charge of disadvantaged outcomes and teacher development. He currently is a lead practitioner for whole school CPD and spends his time working with middle leaders to develop their skills and support them in training their teams. He is the managing editor of CogSciSci, blogs on education and the author of Middle Leadership Mastery. He tries to bring a pragmatic and informative approach to his training that relies on the latest educational research and his vast experience teaching in a mixed comprehensive setting.
