Welcome toNorthern Archers, a distinguished archery club situated within the Pennant Hills Sporting Grounds, off Britannia Street. We take pride in being one of the largest archery clubs in the region, providing the ideal setting ideal for archery enthusiasts.Our expansive facilities include 16 permanent foam target butts, offering a shooting range of up to 90 meters. The club features a designated beginners and practice area, along with a double clout pitch allowing for an impressive 180 meters shooting distance. Additionally, our comprehensive field/3D course encompasses 12 targets and 24 marked distances.At Northern Archers, members engage in a spectrum of archery disciplines, including target and clout archery, as well as field and 3D archery. The inclusive nature of our community is reflected in the diverse bow styles available, ranging from recurve and compound to traditional and even Kyudo (Japanese archery).Operated as a non-profit organization, the club is managed by a dedicated committee of volunteers, each with significant archery experience at international, national, and state levels. Committee members are readily available at the range during weekends. As a FITA Club, Northern Archers actively participates in Target, Field, and Clout archery, occasionally incorporating 3D archery with a field shoot. The range welcomes members 365 days a year, from sunrise to sunset, and hosts leagues every weekend, and on the 2nd and 4th Thursdays.Northern Archers also offers coaching classes in both Recurve and Compound style archery, catering to individuals keen on learning the sport or those already practicing. The club extends a warm invitation to those interested in becoming part of one of the largest FITA clubs in Australia.
