I am a certified Life Coach, Ecologist (BA) and Creative with a background in Primary Teaching and Music. In response to my own burn-out as an environmental activist, I started studying Joanna Macy's Active Hope in 2019, and subsequently trained with Anna Swisher, a former student of Macy's. I am also trained in Tony Robbins' coaching methods, including guided meditation in coaching. I have trained in Permaculature Design, Mindfulness and Non-Violent Communication, and am a certified Forest School leader. I am an active member of theClimate Coaching Alliance, theWork That Reconnects Networkand theNatural Voice Network. I provide one-to-one coaching in theDublin Wellbeing Centre, am a Creativity Consultant for schools with the Arts Council and lead singing groups and choirs.
