Hello! A little about me and my background. My first career spanning around 17 years, was in the advertising and marketing communications industry, working with major brands such as Ford, Jaguar, BBC, Virgin Media, and RAC.Looking for something ‘more’, my lifelong interest in well-being and personal development led me to train as a coach. I’ve had the opportunity to work with some fantastic humans helping them reach more authentic versions of themselves through holistic approaches.I was also fortunate enough to live and work at a mindfulness-based therapeutic centre in Thailand for 18 months, supporting others on their journey of self-discovery, through one to one coaching and group workshops.Alongside this work I have explored my own creativity and developed skills in illustration, design, and copywriting. I combine my communications expertise, creative skills, and passion for personal development and well-being, to support heart-centred and conscious organisations and individuals.I work with individuals and businesses in the well-being, charity and community sectors to develop their brands and communicate effectively, maximising their impact on the communities they serve and help them thrive. I’ve learnt that if we work and give from the heart with self-awareness, we can achieve great things together.It’s my privilege to be able to share what I’ve learnt along the way with others. This is our time to shine and get on with enjoying the satisfaction and success of being truly ourselves in the world.
