The Blackthorn is often associated with overcoming obstacles for a better future and providing protection and hope in the midst of devastation. It is a haven for those who find protection amongst the tree's long thorns. This speaks so heavily to me amid the many current affairs of our world. I hope that we can one day overcome these obstacles but until then offer protection to those most vulnerable in need and partnering together in an effort to make progress together.Our auditorium offers space for readers, practitioners in need of space and to offer classes and event rentals.Blackthorn is honored to offer products from womxn, BIPOC, LGBTQIA+ makers, local and other sustainable suppliers, as well as Blackthorn's own in-house made products.
