I am Liana, the founder of Nambin Yoga, and I am a 500-hour certified Yoga & Meditation Instructor. My journey in yoga began with a passion for the practice and a desire to share its benefits with others. After completing a 200-hour Teacher Training in Hatha & Vinyasa Yoga in Tenerife, I ventured to India for advanced training to deepen my understanding of yoga.Since 2019, I have been teaching fitness and yoga classes, combining the physical aspects of yoga with a touch of spirituality that is accessible to all. My teaching style blends the traditional elements of Hatha Yoga with the fluidity of Vinyasa, creating creative and powerful flows. I incorporate postures, breathwork, and meditations to help students deepen their practice on and off the mat.
